You’ll need our test kit, which includes:
- A sample bag
- A patient form (checklist)
- A return envelope (postage not included)
How to Take Your Hair Sample:
- Use clean, dry hair from the back of your head – nape hair is ideal
- Cut close to the scalp with clean scissors
- You only need about 25 grams of hair (roughly one teaspoon)
- Place the sample in the bag and return it along with the completed form
